Does anyone else ever just want to run? Not caring where you end up, just to feel the wind and freedom?

I love it. I usually run once or twice a day in this huge forest near my place in Pennsylvania. It’s beautiful, and I don’t have a care in the world while I’m out there. Everything feels right.

But I’m in Ohio right now and in a densly populated area, So I can’t do a thing. It’s awful.

I want to fly, usually, but running is the closest thing I can get.

I do have nature trails near me, but I don’t feel comfortable running on them. Too many human joggers, and, I get short of breath quickly so if I need to stop suddenly, it feels embarrassing and vulnerable to me if people are watching.

And, when I tried to run through the more wild parts, I got a horrible poison ivy rash that lasted for weeks and needed a doctor…

Rrr. I just want to be free.

YEAH! I do that! One time I ran really far and nobody could find me and then I got in trouble when I got home. Um. Sometimes I like climbing trees too, ‘cause it makes me feel like I’m more a part of the forest. Like I live there.

I have special clackies for my shoes that make it sound like I have hooves sometimes I run around inside with them on and then Mother yells at me and tells me not to run in the house.
